LavishEss — short for Lavish Essentials — didn't begin in a boardroom. It began with one woman realising she had spent twenty years putting herself last. This is her story, in her own words.

Why I created
LavishEss.
For years, I believed I was doing what most women do.
Every month, when my cycle arrived with cramps, discomfort and exhaustion, I would tell myself, “I'll take a tablet, and it'll be fine.” And it usually was — at least for that day. I carried on with work, met friends, exercised when I could, and convinced myself that feeling uncomfortable was simply part of being a woman.
Like so many of us, I put everyone and everything else first.
I worked hard. I stayed busy. I ticked off endless to-do lists. Looking after my body always seemed like something I could do later.
Then I turned forty.
It felt as though someone had flipped a switch.
The aches became louder.
My back pain became so intense that sitting down was difficult.
My periods felt more painful than ever.
Night sweats interrupted my sleep.
My joints hurt.
My energy disappeared.
Suddenly, I didn't feel like myself anymore.
That was the moment I realised something I wish I had understood years earlier.
Our bodies are constantly changing. They deserve attention long before they start asking for it.
The research
I spent countless hours researching women's health, nutrition, movement and ingredients that could support different stages of life. I wished someone had explained these things to me in my twenties and thirties. I wished someone had encouraged me to nourish my body consistently instead of only reacting when something felt wrong.
That experience became the beginning of LavishEss.
I didn't create this brand because I wanted to sell supplements.
I created it because I wanted women to feel seen.
For the woman who quietly battles menstrual discomfort while leading meetings.
For the woman who misses her Pilates class because the cramps are too much.
For the woman waking up drenched in night sweats, wondering what's happening to her body.
For the woman whose breasts feel tender, whose joints ache, whose energy has disappeared, and who still shows up every day for work, family, friends and everyone around her.
I know what it's like to keep going while pretending everything is fine.
LavishEss is my way of saying that your wellbeing deserves to be a priority — not after everything else is done, but alongside everything else that matters.
This isn't about chasing perfection
It's about building small daily rituals that help you care for yourself with intention.
Nourishing your body.
Moving when you can.
Listening to what your body is telling you.
Making choices today that support the woman you'll become tomorrow.
I work full-time, just like many of the women I hope to serve. I know life is busy. I know there are days when self-care feels impossible. That's exactly why I wanted LavishEss to become more than a supplement brand.
I want it to become a community.
A place where women learn, ask questions, share experiences and realise they don't have to navigate every stage of womanhood alone.
If LavishEss can help even one woman feel more prepared, more informed and more supported than I did, then it has already fulfilled its purpose.
